2.How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: All products are shipped from China.
Your products will be shipped within 2-3 days of your order. Then they will take 4-15 days to reach your doorstep via [DHL/USPS, etc.] .
If there’s a delay due to customs or weather, we’ll email you with updates and a special gift as an apology.
3. What if I want to return or exchange an item?
Answer: We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy.
Unused items in original packaging can be returned/exchanged.
For defective items (even if used), we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund within 48 hours of receiving the return.

5. What if my package is lost or damaged?
A: If a package is lost during transit (confirmed by the carrier), we will reship your order free of charge or issue a full refund within 48 hours. We take full responsibility for ensuring your items arrive intact.
6. Do products match their descriptions?
Answer: Replicas come in different quality tiers with varying prices. Detailed explanations are provided on our homepage, and a quality selection button is available on each product page.
All items are sourced directly from certified manufacturers and undergo quality inspection before shipment. We provide high-resolution photos and detailed specification sheets to ensure your complete peace of mind.
